The Addition of KB Homes and Expansion of the Department of Social Services Secure Full Occupancy

Feb. 11, 2010 - PRLog -- SACRAMENTO, CALIF. – Feb. 11, 2010 – Basin Street Properties (www.basin-street.com), a prominent Northern Nevada and Northern California real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, has secured full occupancy at its Capitol Oaks Office Building, located at 2535 Capitol Oaks Drive, with the addition of KB Homes and the expansion of the Department of Social Services.  KB Homes has leased 5,600 square feet of office space for two years while the Department of Social Services increased its existing space for a total of approximately 6,556 square feet for the next three years.
