Launched in 1992, ‘Elegant Constructions' has been making a consistent growth and quality oriented progress under the able guidance of its Founders C. Chandran & Nalini Chandran, both are engineers graduated from Anna University . Having enhanced their skills in different fields for nearly a decade after their graduation, they set their foot in developing their own projects in Chennai. Under their direct supervision, the company takes pride in completing 17 projects covering a construction area of 400000 sq.ft in the form of independent villas and housing complexes. The company also constructed guest houses, factory buildings, school buildings and software parks.

The company's principle and strength remains in delivering exceptional quality structures and in timely completion of the projects , there by achieving the complete satisfaction of the customers. Why Elegant??


1. Clear title:

Before buying, check whether the title is clear. The flow of document should be continuous and there should be no encumbrance for at least 30 years. All the document should be registered documents. If any minor's property is involved the seller should have taken the court permission. If it is a city property and being sold on the basis of will, the will should have been probated. If the property is being transacted on the basis of general power of attorney, the general power of attorney should be a valid registered document and is in force and not cancelled.

2. Uniform agreement clause:

The sale and the construction agreements between the builder and the flat buyers should have the same classes for everybody. If things are being altered to suit individual requirements then agreements of the different buyers will be contradicting and needs to be verified on one's claim. No individual can have an exclusive rights in the common area. Also make sure the agreement binds on the tenants and successive buyers.
