ABAS displays ERP highlights at CeBIT 2010

Jan. 27, 2010 - PRLog -- Karlsruhe - The most important trade fair for the digital industry, CeBIT, will take place in Hanover, Germany from March 2nd  to 6th, 2010. ABAS Software AG will present, together with its international software partners, the latest innovations for abas Business Software (ERP, PPC, MRP, eBusiness) in hall 5 at stand A18. The focus will be placed on innovations in the areas abas infosystems, CRM, shipping and sales planning, as well as comprehensive new eBusiness applications.

Shipping planning in abas Business Software was also further developed. It is now possible to create mixed palettes, calculate packaging material and carry out packaging material plausibility checks.

Sales planning – rolling planning
abas Business Software projects sales forecasts based on historical values. Material planning then determines the resulting material requirement. Due to rolling planning, the preview in purchasing and sales is always up-to-date.

Quick search in abas Business Software
New functions optimize search comfort in abas Business Software. Users are now supported by a structured or an unstructured full text search and manifold sorting options when wanting to quickly find data. The abas search engine is similar to established Internet search engines and can be used immediately.
