A memorandum of Association and other mandatory documentation are then prepared to register the BVI Company. If you are using an agent to do this, the initial company formation information will be prepared and signed by the registered agent on your behalf. After this process, the documents are meant to be filed with the BVI registrar of Companies. In this case additional documents will have to be drafted which may include a she transfer form, trust declarations as well as the appointment of the agent company with the power of attorney. As a norm the company documents will need to be certified, this is because the documents issued  in one country can only be acceptable in that country alone. The Chief Registrar of Companies (CRC) will certify by a Notary or even by a Government officer your document in this particular case.
