As Fusion is web-based there is no installation of software required. All a user needs is an internet connection. This reduces the delay between making a sale and generating an invoice as transactions can be performed anytime, anywhere. It also enables businesses to keep track of their business’ debtors and creditors.

In any accounting system it is important that the business has access to a wide range of reports so they can quickly see who owes them money, what VAT is owed, how much profit the business is making and enable them to make comparisons over a period of time.

Fusion Accounts can generate periodic reports of financial data which will show the financial position of a firm at a given time, or over a period of time.

Within Fusion Accounts a business can create Sales Reports, Customer Reports, Product Reports, VAT Reports, Bank Reports, Nominal Reports and Financial Reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Trial Balance). When creating reports a business can select the parameters for the report, e.g. the financial year and dates. A report can be created on an individual account, multiple accounts or across all accounts.

Once a reported has been generated within Fusion Accounts businesses have the option of exporting the report. Fusion supports a range of formats e.g. Excel, PDF, the user simply selects the required format and selects the ‘Export’ option.

The reports can be accessed within Fusion Accounts by visiting the relevant menus. These have been highlighted in caps lock below.
