(http://www.bernardoinc.com), an innovative investment and management company, announced today that it has entered into an Independent Consultant Service Agreement with Games I Play, Inc., (http://www.gamesiplay.net), an emerging venture in California, operating a “live-web integrated” community website for all gamers.  Bernardo International will assist management of Games I Play in corporate development, domestic and international business expansion and corporate finance.
