Life Wellness Director Wanted


   At Back to the Basics Please (BTTBP), we recognize the importance of being able to make healthy life choices.  Our mission is a threefold:  we have developing programs for substance use/abuse outreach, HIV outreach, and Life Wellness.  In times like these, it’s critical to make healthy life choices in stress management, diet, overall physical health, spiritual pursuits, or maintaining a healthy relationship with their partner.  That is why our Life Wellness program is so vital to our overall structure and mission.  If you are an experienced Life Wellness specialist, we would like to talk to you.  The qualified candidate will be appointed to an honorary director’s position for a sixty day period so as to evaluate your contributions to our agency.  At the end of that time period, a full director’s position will be voted on by our existing board members.

   Our Life Wellness director will have a passion to help people succeed in making their healthy life choices.  Guidance will be provided as necessary to those that desire it, and in some instances referral to external resources may be required.   This director will also have a responsibility to develop BTTBP’s Life Wellness program, to include have a vision for the future as we expand.  As part of our corporate structure, this position may be compensated after a period of two years.  BTTBP is a 501c3 agency in its infancy and as such we are actively pursuing grants from a number of sources so that our programs can grow to accommodate the sexual minority across the United States.
