Idhasoft Acquires Nexus System Resources Co., Limited

Jan. 8, 2010 - PRLog -- Mumbai, India- 18 - January-2010: Prism Informatics Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Idhasoft, has made a strategic acquisition of Nexus System Resources Co. Ltd, a SAP Services Company.   With headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand the acquisition will not only enhance Prism Informatics’ global expansion but will also add new offerings to their service portfolio.

Nexus System Resources Co. ltd has a strong presence in Thailand’s SAP consulting market with extensive experience and success implementing SAP ERP, CRM, SCM, and BI. Through this acquisition Prism Informatics Ltd. has acquired 100 percent shares of Nexus. Nexus will continue to offer the same quality of client centric services operating as a subsidiary of Prism Informatics Ltd. (through its parent operations Idhasoft Ltd.)

With the acquisition of Nexus, Prism Informatics acquired the talent of Mr. David Lu, Founder and Managing Director of Nexus. David is a thought leader who graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a degree in management and technology.  Mr. Lu has over a decade of experience and success in corporate finance, strategic planning and enterprise resource planning technologies.    

The acquisition of Nexus will give Idhasoft- Prism Informatics a sound and sturdy SAP foot print across three continents; North America, Europe, and Asia.
