Rocket Matter Makes Auto-Activation Available to New Customers and Improves Calendar Features

Customers may now choose to sign themselves up without assistance rather than wait for a product demonstration and personal setup.  Rocket Matter is very intuitive, and new, three minute training materials presented to the user during activation make learning the product even easier.

Rocket Matter allows new clients to import their Outlook calendar and contacts, vCard files and Internet calendar records. They are also able to pull data in from Gmail, Google Calendar, Mac Address Book, and many other standards-compliant programs. Rocket Matter product specialists can also manage more involved imports, from programs such as Time Matters, Amicus Attorney, PC Law, and others.

In addition, the company is now rolling out improved calendar functionality in an ongoing effort to continually improve the product. Events can be flexibly scheduled to repeat at regular intervals, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. Customers now have the ability to assign tags (or keywords) to calendar events, enabling easy search across the product. Users can continue to accept or decline meetings, view group or firm-wide calendars, see day, week, and month views, subscribe to offline versions of their calendar, and use drag-and-drop event editing.
