Organizations can issue levy during some instances or a maximum limit should be sanctioned post which the employee should be penalized. Attendance should be closely monitored and the HR department is responsible for maintaining such records. Communicate your disapproval to the employee as it can be unfair to the other employees. The employee should be allowed to leave early if there exists a genuine reason. But if one particular employee takes early leave too often it may offend the co-employees hence it is also important to sanction leaves depending on the number of leaves pending. Major offices rely on the attendance of the employee for salary compensation.
