About David E Beats

David E Beats is a true testament to the "If you dream it, you can achieve it" mentality. Growing up in a single-parent household with extended family members torn apart by the crack epidemic; David E Beats literally had to fight to survive. Constantly being bullied because of his textbook-smarts and non threatening look; David E Beats had scuffles nearly everyday. Upon picking up his first rap album, the "Blueprint" by Jay Z, he instantly took to rapping. But when his peers saw him writing rhymes in class, they ridiculed him. This drove David E Beats to make the best music possible, he didn't want anyone to question his greatness. He received no support at home and because of it, moved out at the early age of 17. He bounced around apartments in Maryland, until he got the opportunity to move to New York City. He produced for a few up-and-coming artists but felt like they didn't take it to the level he felt his music should be. David E Beats started to teach himself guitar, and also started recording more raps. Turning more and more into a self-contained music machine; David E Beats started pushing out entire songs and compositions and eventually compiled it into his first musical project "David E Beats Blvd". That mix-tape was followed by "In Tha Lab Mixtape" and "EXIT". David E Beats is on the fast track to success and doesn't show any signs of slowing down.
