Rhode Island Gymnast Awarded Full Scholarship to George Washington University

Dec. 1, 2009 - PRLog -- Aim High Academy of East Greenwich, RI announced today that gymnast, Taylor Henderson, was awarded a full athletic scholarship to George Washington University in Washington, DC.  Henderson, a senior at Middletown High School in Middletown, Rhode Island, has been a leading, competitive gymnast with Aim High Academy for several years and will begin as a freshman at George Washington University in September 2010.

“Myself, everyone here at Aim High Academy and the gymnastics community are all thrilled for Taylor,” says Amy Nelson, President of Aim High Academy.  Nelson adds, “Taylor’s dedication, commitment and hard work in gymnastics has earned her this scholarship and we have no doubt that she will continue with her success as a student-athlete at George Washington University”.
