Managing Director, Malachy Quinn said the idea for advice hotline came  from the number of emails received with general removal enquiries . "People have great difficulty when it comes to knowing how to remove graffiti over and above product selection. Through the advice hotline we encourage them to ask what is the best method for their particular problem. Photos of the graffiti can be attached in an email which then allows us to give an accurate  and immediate response to what is in many cases a fearful situation for those effected"
