New Certification Program Recognizes Title Insurance Professionals

Nov. 18, 2009 - PRLog -- AUSTIN, TX  – The Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) is proud to announce Gaylene Rogers Lonergan with the Lonergan Law Firm, PLLC and Attorneys Title Company has successfully completed the requirements and passed the examination to earn the following professional designation CTIA – Certified Title Insurance Associate. Gaylene Lonergan joins an elite class of CTIA professionals. Currently, there are only 61 Certified Title Insurance Designees throughout the state of Texas.

To become certified, a candidate must meet certain eligibility requirements in work experience, education and professional involvement, and successfully pass a rigorous examination.  

Each designation represents a measure of achievement and proficiency in the Texas title insurance industry and distinguishes these highly motivated individuals. Gaylene Rogers Lonergan will be recognized at TLTA’s Texas Land Title Institute on December 4, 2009 in San Antonio.
