Fluid Research’s Vulcan family of dispensing systems features the ultimate in tabletop dispensing.  These exceptionally reliable digital systems can incorporate features ranging from auto fill and auto purge to automation interface.  All of the Vulcan family machines offer patented control systems to meter, mix, and dispense two part materials with unparalleled accuracy in a convenient tabletop format.  

Able to be integrated with almost any type of robotic or unique dispense processes, the Vulcan family offers complete dispensing exactly as specified.  Features include the ability to recall up to 35 unique programmable ratios, programmable shot sizes, and dispense rates with a simple few simple keystrokes.  These features allow the Vulcan to dispense almost any type of material – filled or unfilled, on ratio, with exceptional dependability, consistency, and repeatability.    
Fluid Research's Stat-a-Seal™ Dispense Head virtually eliminates the problem of material leaking and curing in the head.  Stat-a-Seal has no dynamic seals, instead, featuring patented non-sliding metal bellows to ensure reliable operation.  

Vulcan systems deliver smooth, accurate shots or continuous material flow, as well as accurate material volume and simple A:B ratio control.  Select up to 35 timed (specified quantity) and 20 continuous flow rate programs.  The Vulcan family offers the flexibility to change the dispense parameters as the customer’s needs change.
