London Business Startup Event Hosted by Doug Richard Helps UK Entreprenuers Find Angel Investors

The "Find, Pitch & Close: The Art of Securing Investment" class will help innovators and entrepreneurs find funding to launch or expand their businesses. They will learn how to leverage the realities of the current economy to make raising investment easier, calculate how much money they need, find and approach investors, craft and deliver the perfect pitch, interview an investor to ensure they will be a good financial partner, and avoid the three biggest mistakes they can make in taking investment.

Training will be delivered by Doug Richard and Brent Hoberman, founder of lastminute.com and PROfounders Capital, two sources of financing for startups and growing businesses.

Training will be delivered in the Royal Institute's newly remodeled state-of-the-art training facilities at 21 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4BS.  A Dragons Den Style "entrepreneur surgery" is incorporated into the 8 hours of training delivered in the course.  This surgery will also be made available to entrepreneurs worldwide through the O2 sponsored S4Stv channel.
