Nov. 11, 2009 - PRLog -- China is one of the countries that very rich in fluorite. Total fluorite reserves are CaF2.108 billion tons which is next to South Africa and Mexico and rank third in the world. There are 230 mineral fields of proved reserves and located in 25 provinces（areas）over whole country. Hunan province owns most of fluorite that occupied 38.9% of whole reserves; Nei Menggu and Zhejiang take second place that occupied 16.7% and 16.6% for each. The main fluorite fields in our country are Zhejiang Wuyi, Hunan ShiZhuyuan, Hebei Jiangan, Jiangxi Dean, Nei Menggu Sumochagan Aobao, Guizhou Dachang, etc. There are full kinds of mineral fields with major types of hydrothermal filling, depositing-reworking, the types of pegmatite and so on are of no important. The main mineragenetic epoch of fluorite is Paleozoic Era and Mesozoic Era, the Yanshan period of Mesozoic Era is of most important.
