Turn-key eSignage Package
AiS provides two turn-key eSignage packages to the market: one entry-level and one advanced level. The entry-level package is a RISC-based player using a link-based eSignage central management application called ‘Advantech Manager Express’. This package is dedicated for standalone players or small-scale networks. Access to up to 50 clients per installation is possible without the need for a server. With a simple three step setup, content can easily be scheduled and assigned to the player. In addition to deployment over a LAN, content can also be saved to a USB or CF card for standalone use. One of the players, the DVS-2130, supports full HD resolution, making it a perfect entry-level eSignage product for first time use. Another player is the DSA-3400, a web-based, turn-key solution, which supports various media formats, multi-zones, and HD 1080p resolution with live demo. With a powerful processor, it can satisfy many complicated applications.

Interactive Signage Station Shows You the Way
The Advantech Interactive Station is the newest product launch for AiS. It represents a new concept in eSignage station design, which is integrated with interactive and intelligent video analysis elements. Advantech Interactive Station is the newest in marketing tools with a large screen and interactive self-service function. Two-way information satisfies both audience and owner and full HD with an LCD brightness of 700 cd/m2 will attract all eyes. Additionally, through the use of video analysis, this station is able to provide more focused advertisements and collect geographic information about targeted customers—greatly increasing advertisement efficiency. Industrial-grade Reliability
DSA-3400E series is especially dedicated for eSignage applications.  It includes some unique features built into the hardware, BIOS and OS. The recovery API on the BIOS helps the system achieve reboot status for associate action, reboot the application / OS, or remain in the fixed BIOS display. The EWF (Enhanced Write Filter) function ensures the stability of eSignage applications. Running under the Microsoft Window® XP Embedded OS, the EWF provides a facility for protecting partitions from write accesses. Combined with other functions, like the automatic boot controls, and the watch dog timer,the special design of the DSA-3400E provides users with full X86 flexibility without compromising the reliability.

Wireless and TV-tuner Options Available  
Advantech offers two optional DSA-3400E series models, one with built-in wireless LAN module, and the other, with built-in TV-tuner. The WLAN model is ideal for mobile installations that will not permit easy wiring of Ethernet cables, while the TV-tuner version is ideal for application scenarios that feature live TV programmes.
