She can remind him of the things that matter to her, prepare him to handle emotional conversations, and not take it personally when he tunes out or shuts down. Sally has a master’s degree in social work and has written articles, short stories, essays, and was a grant writer. This is her first book. She attended the San Francisco Writers Conference in February 2006 which resulted in finding an agent who sold the book as a proposal in May 2008. The writing was completed this year.
