In light of its strong presence in the tourism market Travco Group generated the highest tourism revenue with over 1.3 million inbound tourists, qualifying for the Number One Travel Company in Egypt award for the 13th year in a row, and the award was received by Mr. Karim El Chiaty, Business Development Manager. Alpitour Group Egypt, represented by Khaled Youssry, division manager, received the award for occupying the 7th position amongst the ten awarded travel companies – which is a major achievement given that the company has been in business for six years. Jaz Hotels, Resorts & Cruises, the group’s hospitality arm, received three awards; one for its 5-star deluxe Nile Cruises Jaz Omar El Khayam, and the second for one of its 5-star hotel properties in Sharm El Sheikh, Jaz Mirabel Beach Resort. This is in addition to Jaz Almaza Beach Resort being awarded as a leading 5- star hotel property in Almaza Bay in Mersa Matruh. With this award Travco Group managed to conclude its 30th year with yet another accomplishment bringing the year to an outstanding closure.
