How To Set A 90 Day Plan

People want to condition their minds to be successful. They attend success seminars, they buy the materials sold to them and make a commitment to follow through.

They attend every success seminars, they buy all the books and make a commitment to follow through. Each time it is like a new lease of life, and then when the books arrive or when they get home from the seminar, they don’t even follow through with them. Do you do the same thing? Have you ever wondered why you did not take the next step? Why is it that people don’t follow through after setting and writing down their success goals?

You have to follow through every thing that you have learnt and read, and the best way to do this is with a 90 day plan. •Every time you learn something or acquire a new experience your brain's cells suffer a modification, The brain exists in a delicate balance where subtle changes may throw it into dysfunction.

So by reading a bit of a book for 90 days or doing some excises everyday for 90 days you brain then thinks this is habit, (the norm) just like brushing your teeth everyday.

You need to train your brain to believe that doing whatever you want to do for 90 days to be successful is normal. With this you will be climbing those successful steps in no time.

The major reason for setting a goal is for what it makes of you to accomplish it. What it makes of you will always be the far greater value than what you get.
