HSPI to host Ambassador of the Philippines & Former Insurgent and Head of Military Intelligence

HSPI will host Ambassador Willy C. Gaa and Brigadier General (Ret.) Victor Corpuz for a discussion on counterterrorism ad counterinsurgency.
 
Oct. 5, 2009 - PRLog -- EVENT:  The George Washington University Homeland Security Policy Institute (HSPI) will host Ambassador Willy C. Gaa of the Philippines for a discussion on counterterrorism and counterinsurgency as part of HSPI’s ongoing Ambassadors Roundtable Series. Joining the Ambassador will be Brigadier General (Ret.) Victor Corpuz, former head of military intelligence for the Philippines and former Central Committee Member in the communist insurgency.
