Akron’s First LinkedIn Power Networking Event to Draw Large Crowd & Provide Practical Sessions

Sept. 29, 2009 - PRLog -- PRADCO and Protect Today are sponsoring Akron’s First LinkedIn Power Networking Event providing individuals from the Cleveland+ region a diverse crowd, timely breakout sessions and many prizes. The event is being held at the Silver Lake Country Club on October 6, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and has close to 200 people already registered.  

Breakout session topics include How to Effectively Network at a Networking Event, Using Social Media to Leverage Your Connections and Improve Your Business and Staying Motivated During Difficult Economic Times.  Dr. Sam Maniar, Management Psychologist at PRADCO and presenter believes the breakout sessions are a critical component to the success of the event.   He explains “there are many that do not attend events such as these because they are unsure how to network or may not know what LinkedIn is about.  Our sessions will help ease individuals into networking effectively and using social media.”   Other presenters include Gary Baney, CEO of Boundless Flight and Joe Regallis, Principal at Flexhire, LLC both respected experts in their areas.
