Understand the capabilities of your junior and on the basis of that give him work

Sept. 25, 2009 - PRLog -- Burden, Work Pressure, Inadequacy in Salaries, Mounting Temper, Insults… These are the characteristics due to which an employee might quit his work. When you give 9 - 10 hours of your day to an institution you expect rewarding returns. The aura should be invigorating so that the employee feels good about going back to work.

Contentment is the key to retention. If an employee is satisfied or exultant with his job, it will keep him captive to the organization for a longer period. Understand the capabilities of your junior and on the basis of that give him work. When you know that someone cannot achieve a particular target do not pressurize them to do so. A stressed employee cannot contribute intimately towards your organization.

If you are pragmatic enough you would understand that a person toils only to receive his salary at the end of the month. They might accept a little delay but if your company is incompatible in bequeathing them with their monthly income, then they will surely quit.

Appreciation is also important. The employee should know his worth; acknowledgment makes him work harder and keep up his standards. Insults and constant contumely cannot be handled by all hence if you wish to criticize someone’s work, do it with ease and be conscientious.

The Human Resource Department should work hand-in-hand to ensure that along with the customers even the employee is contented with his work and work surroundings.
