For one year, the License allows businesses to order a flexible amount of "B2C" data, for a fixed price. The License offers a special rate for companies who choose to purchase email or postal records in large quantities. Email and postal data Licenses can be purchased and used for up to a year or to the quantity of the License. Once purchased, data License owners can order postal records or email offers as frequently as they would like.
