Tom Tillery teaching CFP(R) Certificants in Phoenix, AZ Sept 9-12

Sept. 8, 2009 - PRLog -- Tom Tillery, a national instructor for CFP(R) Certification Examination Reviews, will be teaching Estate Planning for Certified Financial Planner Certificants at the Merrill Lynch Complex office in Phoenix, Arizona. The class will take place Wednesday, September 9th through Saturday, September 12th.

Thomas Neal Tillery is the Vice President of Paraklete Financial, Inc.(TM) and serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer.  Mr. Tillery has more than 20 years of experience in financial planning, insurance, investments, philanthropy and tax planning.  He has provided these services to businesses, individuals and families of substantial wealth.

Mr. Tillery has earned a master’s degree in Financial Services from The American College, and also holds a master’s degree in Christian Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He holds the professional designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Chartered Retirement Planning Consulor (CRPC) (SM).

Mr. Tillery is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, and the Financial Planning Association.  Tom has been a provider of Continuing Education for attorneys (CLE), accountants (CPE), and investment and insurance professionals.
He is an instructor at the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia Executive Programs and is a national instructor for CFP® Certification Examination Reviews. Tom is also an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Tom and his family reside in Kennesaw, Georgia.
