"It's hard to get high school students excited about a subject that they don't particularly like", says Preston Haglin, company founder. "But when you put the material before them in a way that allows them to explore, many of the students get really into it. Currently, the algebra lesson plans can only be purchased via the site, but the company is working on distributing the material through other retailers.
