Brandon Reynolds On Board to Manage Triton Technologies Phoenix Telesales Center

Sept. 1, 2009 - PRLog -- South Easton, MA – Brandon Reynolds, a 10-year veteran of direct marketing and telesales specialist, is on board as Site Manager for Triton Technologies latest call center in Phoenix, AZ.  Reynolds started in the industry as an operator and quickly worked his way up to training and operational positions at AfterMarket (later InPulse), e-Visions Marketing and Fusion Contact Centers over the past decade.

“Brandon’s first-hand experience dealing with consumers over the phone gives him a major competitive edge.  He knows what it takes to hire, train and motivate sales agents because he’s not only been one himself – he’s been working beside such folks his entire career,” commented Triton President Lee Swanson.

Triton’s 10,000 square foot Phoenix center launched in mid-Summer effectively doubles the company’s capacity.  It is part of the organization’s longer-term plan to open facilities throughout the U.S. in response to industry demand for its performance-based in-bound telesales business model.
