Let’s talk about the immediate income.

You will earn a $50 Fast Start Bonus on all New Qualified Independent Marketing Directors in your 4 level organization. To qualify for all 4 levels of Fast Start Bonuses, you must maintain 6 customer points.

For Example, if you sponsored 4 reps and they did the same four levels deep, you would earn $17,000 on Fast Start Bonuses alone!

To earn Fast Start commissions, each new rep needs to be qualified and active. Qualified means you have 6 personal customers. Active means you are paying a $40 monthly Auto Access fee that can be applied to airtime usage.
In addition to these Fast Start Bonuses you can earn a residual income from all the customers in your organization.

You will earn a 5% override on all of your personal customers. You will earn a 100% matching bonus on all the reps on your first level if you have 2 active reps and 6 personal customers; A 60% matching bonus on level 2 if you have 3 personal active reps and 6 customers; A 40% matchingbonus on level 3 if you have 4 personal active reps and 6 customers and a 100% matching bonuson level 4 if you have 6 personal active reps and 6 customers.

For example, it you had 6 reps across, 4 levels deep, and everyone gathered just 15 customers that spend $20 per month; you would earn $21,165 per month!

You can also earn Executive Marketing Director Overrides. An EMD is an active rep who has 6 personal active reps and 6 customers. When you have one EMD anywhere in your downline, you will earn a 20% matching bonus on that EMD’s telecom commissions.

When you have 3 EMD’s, one must be personally sponsored, you will earn a 40% matching bonus on all of the EMD’s telecom commissions.

You will also earn Quarterly Leadership Bonuses where have the potential to earn an additional $100 per qualified rep.
The Quarterly Leadership Bonus works on a “two field” system. Each IMD you personally
sponsor, you will assign to the left or right field. Each new active IMD anywhere in your
downline will count as 1 point. There are no level limitations, every IMD gets counted. This is not a binary system and there is no spillover.
This bonus is based on balancing both fields.
For example:
Let’s say you had 550 on your left and 600 on your right. The sides are balanced by adding the total points from the weaker field with the same number of point from the stronger field. The remaining points from the stronger field are carried over to the next quarter. In this case 50 points will be carried over to the next quarter.
You then add the left and right fields to get your total point for the quarter; in this case 1,100
points.
In this example you would earn a Quarterly Leadership Bonus of $110,000!
