Realtor in Southfield works with First-time Homebuyers while Improving Neighborhoods

The Neighborhood Recovery and Stabilization program was developed to address the plight of neighborhoods suffering the effects of high foreclosures.  Due to the increase in foreclosures, vacant and abandoned homes are clustered in areas making it difficult to market and sell property in many neighborhoods.  “The vacant homes in disrepair cause property values to decline in entire neighborhoods,” said Goedert.
