Carl Coble, Scott Hogan open ColorTyme store in Smyrna, Tenn.

Aug. 17, 2009 - PRLog -- SMYRNA, Tenn. –  Carl Coble and Scott Hogan are thrilled to be in Smyrna, Tenn.: Their new ColorTyme store at 291 Sam Ridley Parkway East (Suite 245) is now open for business.

“We’re different than our competition because we have an owner/operator, Carl, who is loved by his customers,” said Hogan, now a multi-unit ColorTyme franchise owner with the opening of the new Smyrna store.  “This is Carl’s first ColorTyme franchise ownership opportunity.  Carl loves what he does and he can do it well.”

As the anchor tenant in the brand new Weakley Center – across the street from the town’s bowling alley – both Coble and Hogan have their sights set on generating a lasting relationship with the more than 25,000 citizens of Smyrna.

“I have always treated my customers like I want to be treated,” said Carl.  “To me, it’s about creating relationships and enjoying the people who are walking through our doors.  I’ve worked in the rent-to-own business for more than 16 years here in Smyrna.  I love it.  And now that ColorTyme is in town, we are excited to visit with people who we know and people who we have yet to meet.”  

“We plan to become an important part of this community,” said Hogan.  “We will be more of a family-oriented operation – demonstrating our commitment to customers every day.  We want that hometown feel, and Carl’s customers love and adore him.”

The duo’s 3,500 square-foot showroom floor will carry some of the top rent-to-own products, including a vast selection of electronics, appliances, furniture and computers.  But, it’s the location that’s got the ColorTyme franchise partners excited.

“We’re planning a grand opening event in a couple weeks,” explains Coble.  “We plan to distribute about 12,000 grand opening postcards.  Our sales team will be ready to rock as customers come in to the store.”
