The Levin Property Report for August 2009

Aug. 11, 2009 - PRLog -- The Levin Real Estate Market has been a slow market during 2008 with sales being almost flat-lining at 20-25 sales per month from September 2008 to January 2009.

The Levin Property Market now seems to have some energy behind it now with the last three months sales above the similar period in 2008. July 2009 saw 28 confirmed sales in Levin and included purchases across a range of property sizes from:
- a section to
- 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom homes.

Figures released today in the Levin Property Report clearly show the Levin Residential Real Estate Market is still a large one -with just under 400 properties available for sale see Real Estate Listings -but with this level of sales happening during the winter months the traditional Spring lift in sales volumes could be just what "the Doctor" ordered for Levin Vendors and Buyers.
