It is also known to be the place where the God Horus revenged his father's death (Osiris) by killing Set. Enjoy an excursion to visit Kom Ombo temple it is actually 2 temples together. One side of the temple is dedicated to the crocodile God Sobek (God of fertility and creator of the world) while the other side of the temple is dedicated to the God Horus (Falcon headed Sky God). Each side of the temple has its own sanctuaries and chambers along with 2 different entrances to each temple. Continue to visit Edfu temple which is dedicated to Horus, considered the 2nd largest temple in Egypt of the Karnak temple in Luxor.Continue to visit El Kab, is an area divided into two ancient cities. The first city, Nekehb, is located in the east bank of the Nile River. It was a Greek city of Eileithyiapolis. Within it, there are a Roman temple, a sacred lake and the Temple of Nekhbet. The second city Nekhen, which called Kom El Ahmar, lies on the other side of the Nile River. It was the Greek city of Hieraconpolis. There is a vast necropolis in the city which dates from Pre-Dynastic times as well as the ruins of the ancient city itself. Visit Esna, Drive back to your hotel in Aswan.
