Free Ballet Class for Adults in Hong Kong from Central Dance Studios

July 26, 2009 - PRLog -- Get your dancing shoes on and come down to Central Dance Studios, where Twinkle Lam will be hosting a free adult ballet class for beginners on August 15that 2pm. Aimed at those who have never danced before, or are returning to dance after time out, this session will be good introduction to ballet, giving you a chance to try the class and find your inner Darcy Bussell.

The class will be fun, easy to learn and simple, with no knowledge of ballet required.
If you want to improve your posture, balance, coordination and muscle tone then Ballet’s an excellent way to do so without having to hit the gym.
