Oasis Solutions Group to Present Business Intelligence Seminar during Local Conference

July 15, 2009 - PRLog -- On September 25, 2009 Oasis Solutions Group will present two sessions of a seminar entitled, “Unlocking the Power of Business Intelligence – How well do you know your business?”  The seminars will be held at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY during the CPAs in Business & Industry Conference, sponsored by the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants (KyCPA).  

Pat Chance, vice president of sales for Oasis Solutions Group, will present the seminar.   Chance’s professional career includes 25 years in the accounting and software industry where she held high-level leadership roles.  Her broad experience has afforded her opportunities to work for several large software manufacturers such as Sage and Solomon Software – Microsoft.  She has an M.B.A. and B.S. in Accounting from Wilmington College, where she graduated with honors.  She also has earned several industry and product certifications.

Annette Manias, president of Oasis Solutions Group, said the topic of business intelligence is important not only for CPAs but for company owners and managers as well.    She pointed out that business intelligence technologies provide current and predictive views of business operations.  “Accountants and business owners who have a good grasp of the factors that affect the company’s overall performance are in better positions to make sound business decisions,” she said.
