Alliance Plastic’s new line of masking plugs are designed specifically to mask off threaded holes while providing protection for the first thread with an integrated flange. As an added feature, the part is designed for easy insertion and removal, as well as excellent durability.

Colored Cable Ties:
Alliance Plastics now offers eight of our standard 53 sizes of nylon locking cable ties in seven colors. Colored zip ties are a simple solution for lot identification, color matching or color coding of products. Sizes range from 4” to 15.”

Environmentally Friendly Recycled/Recyclable Paper Caps and Plugs:
Alliance plastics now offers an alternative to its complete line of plastic and rubber production products, with the addition of paper caps and plugs. The line includes 18 sizes of paper caps and 21 sizes of tapered plugs.

IP 68 Rated Cable Glands:
For your wiring applications that require a water tight seal and/or strain relief, Alliance Plastics now offers a line of NPT threaded Cable Glands in standard straight styles or right angle designs.

High Temperature Vinyl (PVC) Caps:
Alliance Plastics now manufactures a full line of high temperature vinyl masking caps. The soft vinyl material offers excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance up to 425ºF.

Rubber & PVC Grommets for Wire Management:
Alliance Plastics has expanded its grommet product line to include multiple materials, including Rubber, PVC and TPR as well as added sizes. These are perfect for the protecting of wires, cable and hoses that pass through standard sheet metal panels.
