July 6, 2009 - PRLog -- Day two of the Asian 5 Nations Division 3 tournament in Manila started with a tropical downpour that might have convinced participating teams the sky frowned on their enterprise. But by midday the sun and expectations were scorching and steam rising in the barrio streets surrounding Nomads Sports Club. Boris' man and your intrepid ace reporter was there for a share of free wallop and, to bring you the big match scoop, pencil and pad in hand.

Iran and Indonesia were looking to put behind them the opening day's disappointments by winning third place in the afternoon's curtain-raiser, while old rivals Guam and the Philippines were going toe-to-toe for the silverware, promotion to Division 2 and the right to carry next year's battle to China, India and Thailand.
