PRLog -- It is frustrating that our society waits for things to get worse before they start acting. Emotionally disturbed children are an example of this. Children as we know it must be guided by parents and teachers. We must act early to save them from further pain caused by emotional disturbance. Emotionally disturbed children don't happen suddenly, they happen slowly through social interactions and environment conditions. Child Hyperactivity is often the early stage that leads to emotional disturbance in children. Often because of the condition, they are treated differently by other children. Some of the characteristics of emotional disturbance in children are as follow: They seems to be always on the go. They cannot be contained. We often term this as not being able to "sit still". They are very impulsive. It is hard for them to focus on a particular task. Alot of myths are being attached to this condition though, so we must be aware also of the different myths. Often, emotional disturbed children are later diagnosed to be ADHD positive. We should help them in early stage because there is no known cure for ADHD, there are however ways to control it.
