The One and Only Jimmy B and His Firm Balter Management Have Arrived on the Hiphop Scene

June 2, 2009 - PRLog -- The One and Only Jimmy B, Founder and President of Balter Management, has announced that they have arrived on the Hiphop Music Scene.

Balter Management, currently based in Texas, has been formed to manage the careers of Hiphop Artists and Music Groups. Jimmy B recognized long ago that there is a strong need for managers that are real and honest, that sincerely desire to help create and build careers that are not here today and gone shortly after.

Mr. Balter Says this, when asked about his take on the music business and Artist Management..." I have heard all the horror stories of dishonest people, about artists having to pay for the right to do this or do that, about how they trusted someone who talked a good game but just couldn't deliver. When I hear these things, it just makes me feel so blessed to be able to do what I do and bring to the table, what I can offer.

I am a family man with kids. The artists I represent are like my kids. Just as I wouldn't allow someone to take advantage of my own kids, the likelyhood of this happening to the artists on my squad is also not going to happen.

What exactly does Balter Management bring to the table??? Principles, a solid and thorough understanding of not only how the music business operates, but how business in general operates.

Balter Management is currently working with three artists, that are all ready to break out. Two are in the carolina's and one is in Philadelphia, PA. Because contracts ared still being signed, we cannot mention names here.

What we can say about them is that they are ready for the big time. They have worked very hard to get from where they were to where they are at and where they are going.

Our job is to work as a team and create the deals that will take them to the top. We take our job serious and we feel blessed to be able to work with a fine group of artists.
