"Ayurveda": this is the sweetest way to know India and the beneficial effects of the "science of long life", a discipline of antique origin which helps to re-establish the psychophysical poise thanks to an ayurvedic peeling which eliminates dead cells and impurities and prepare the body to the massage practised with special perfumed oils that re-aligns the chakras and gives a new vigour.

In the package it is also included the hammam "Eastern Vapours" to experience the "vapour bath" according to the Moroccan tradition which provides the use of the black soap and a silky mitt in order to have a skin as smooth as silk.
Through the passage in rooms with different temperature- tepidarium, calidarium and frigidarium- the skin is purified and the mind is relaxed.

After a regenerating peeling, which eliminates toxins and prepares the skin to the following treatments, it's time for massages: to the face after a moisturising mask, to the body and feet with a session of plantar reflexology. The choice of the massage is up to the guests, an additional cuddle offered by Beauty Farm Alhambra. Naturally the staff is at disposal to give advise and suggestions on what kind of massage among those proposed is most suitable to the needs of the guests.
