The test and normalization Mp3 files is based on the algorithm Replay Gain that allows to make the psychoacoustic analysis of a sound with taking into account of the hearing a person in the Sound Normalizer. Sound Normalizer - allows to fulfill the converting Wav files in Mp3 and back Mp3 files in Wav, it uses at the same time the new possibilities of a preliminary settings (presets) the last codec Lame MP3 Encoder 3.97.
