The winner will receive the opportunity to be a guest mixologist at then Rhumbar, The Mirage hotel, Las Vegas.

The finalists of the contest will be selected from an initial round of video and email applications posted on YouTube.com and other social media sites. Contestants need to send a 500 word email to mixologistcontest@pureoflow.com describing their concoction and why water and/or ice is an important component of their drink. Three finalists will be chosen and announced prior to the show and judged at the Pure Revolution booth at the NRA show by a surprise guest—a nationally-known celebrity mixologist. The winning drink will be featured at the NRA show, the year’s largest gathering of the restaurant industry, with an entire day of sampled drinks featuring the winning mix.

The grand prize for the winner is the chance to be ‘discovered’ by the celebrity bar owner adjudicating the event and other high profile members of the food and beverage industry. The winner also receives a free round trip and luxury accommodations in Las Vegas including the opportunity to mix drinks at the Rhumbar, a leading Las Vegas club/night-spot as a guest bar chef.
