Two Are Reappointed To Judicial Conduct Panel

New York personal injury lawyer Paul B. Harding is appointed to a full, four year term on Judicial Conduct Panel

May 5, 2009 - PRLog -- Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman has reappointed Chairman Thomas A. Klonick to a second, four-year term on the Commission on Judicial Conduct. Mr. Klonick, a Fairport attorney and town justice in Perinton, Monroe County, has been on the commission since 2005 and was elected its chairman last year (NYLJ, April 1, 2008).

The commission also announced yesterday that Paul B. Harding has been appointed to a full term. Mr. Harding, managing partner in the Niskayuna firm of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, has been on the commission since 2006. His reappointment was made by James Tedisco, the Republican minority leader of the Assembly.

The current terms of Mr. Klonick and Mr. Harding were to have expired on April 1. Members of the 11-member commission are not paid. There is currently one vacancy on the panel
