Wyatt Johnson #1 Gm Certified Pre-owned Car Dealer In The State Of Tennessee
Wyatt Johnson Automotive Group, located on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard in Clarksville, is now selling more GM Certified Pre-owned Cars (CPO) than any other dealer in the state of Tennessee according to the latest General Motors sales reports.

“Clarksville has always been a great market for auto sales,” shares Katherine Johnson Cannata, Wyatt Johnson Dealer. “The demand is growing faster than the supply for pre-owned cars,” Katherine continues. “This is a really unusual situation. Consumers are much more conscientious of the value of their hard earned dollars which is one of the reasons our pre-owned car sales are so strong.”
A recent survey indicates certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle buyers demographically resemble new-vehicle customers more than used-car shoppers according to Ward’s Dealer Business magazine.
Joe Spina, senior manager of remarketing at Edmunds.com, believes the appeal of CPO programs is as simple as it is strong. "During these uncertain economic times," he said, "CPO sales are a good option. People still need to buy cars, and a safe bet is to get a CPO vehicle."
The GM CPO program vehicles sold at Wyatt Johnson look and drive like new but are priced to sell like used. Each CPO vehicle is backed by GM’s warranty of up to 100,000 miles. Available financing often rivals new car rates with GMAC currently offering as low as 2.9% APR on GM Certified vehicles. Customers are able to save thousands of dollars.
"There is an incredible shortage of one-to five-year-old used cars because so many have been purchased under long-term contracts that people don't want to get rid of them," said Art Spinella, president of CNW Marketing Research, in Bandon, Ore. "So people can't find good certifiable used cars." According to General Sales Manager, Mike Polston, Wyatt Johnson has solved that problem. “We send our buyers all over the country in search of only the very best pre-owned inventory to stock our dealership.”
