The Hyundai Assurance Program means a consumer who buys a Hyundai and loses his or her job within 12 months can bring back any financed or leased vehicle, turn it in to the dealer and not owe a thing.  There is no cost for the consumer.  There are only a couple of simple requirements to get this protection.

•   The Hyundai Assurance Program is complimentary vehicle return program for the first year on every new Hyundai that is financed or leased for owners who experience an involuntary loss of income within 12 months of the purchase date.
o   The program provides protection from financial shortfalls that arise from vehicle depreciation (negative equity) up to $7,500.
o   Owners must have made at least two scheduled payments on their loan or lease
o   Owners must be current in their payments
o   The vehicle must be returned in good condition
•   The Hyundai Assurance Program covers all models                                                                          

“The program is unique in that it offers options not currently available along with a solid, simple program that covers most buyers,” says Cannata.  “It’s a legitimate program for real customer needs.”
