Professional Building Services Receives Two National Awards

March 25, 2009 - PRLog -- Crete, IL. . .. . .  Chad Charon, Vice President of Project Development Professional Building Services, Inc. (PBS) announced that the company has been awarded two industry honors for their innovative church designs.

Crossroads Community Church in Carol Stream, Illinois, was selected by the National Association of Church Design Builders (NACDB) as the recipient of the 2008 Innovation and Design Award.  PBS worked closely with Crossroads to design and build a multi-purpose facility which includes classroom space, administrative work areas and a large open multi-purpose worship space.  Crossroads celebrated the completion of their new facility in October 2008.  

Chief Industries, Inc., a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of building products, awarded PBS’s design-build project for The People’s Church in Bourbonnais, Illinois with their 2008 Building of the Year in the religious building category.  The People’s Church is equipped with a large gathering foyer featuring café seating around a large fireplace where people are able to connect over specialty beverages offered in their café, a 225-seat sanctuary, classrooms, nursery and offices.  To view these projects by visit PBS's website at www.pbschurchvisioning.com
