         March 22, 2009 New York City, New York -- Just days after Posh Platinum and the fans of the Ultimate Dream Concert announced one of the most unique alliances in the marketing and entertainment industries with iStream and Move Networks, Posh Platinum began closing discussions with 3G Live Media & Entertainment. This can only be defined as prospective genius.
         The concert industry is closely observing the strategic movements of Vanessa Carmack and the UDC team. Each of these relationships are being brought together in an effort to support the fan-based Ultimate Dream Concert with emphasis on organizations that specialize in the development of or broadcasting streaming media over the Internet to larger than normal audiences.
         3G Live is expected to play a very large role in niche audience development, promotions, and acquisition and broadcasting solutions.

         "We try to keep our ear to the ground regarding certain things relating to various industries. Much like when Clive [Davis] suddenly established J Records and Steven [Spielberg] and the guys formed Dreamworks, the early risers benefitted," shares Carmack. "Well, when we heard about this underlying industry eruption in 3G Live, there was no way that we were going to miss approaching such an opportunity. I contacted them personally to invite them into the fold of UDC and they were elated."
