Combined, they have over 40 years of nursing experience in Cardiology. The main goal of their work is to counsel, motivate and empower women to adopt healthy lifestyle choices.

The authors have written dozens of articles and research papers in the field of cardiology, are the recipients of numerous awards, have appeared on television and have educated thousands of women about adopting heart-healthy habits.
