How it Works

Users (Requestors) enter the email addresses of people from whom they want feedback (Respondents). When they are ready, they send the request to their Respondents. Respondents receive an email notification with unique registration information. They then login to the system and provide anonymous, valuable brand feedback. The type of feedback includes brand attributes, skills, strengths, weaknesses and other information critical to the personal branding process.

To ensure users get the most from the system, Reach developed a certification program to help coaches, recruiters and HR executives support their clients through the process. 360Reach Certified Analysts are expert in using this assessment and helping their clients turn their feedback into an action plan.
