Published Poet Shares Tips to Compose Unforgettable Valentine’s Day Poem

For this eHow article, Cuesta uses his own 20-line poem as a model, to which he refers during the following eight, detailed steps.  “First I encourage the readers to identify the unique elements of their relationships, along with messages they wish to express to their partners through this poem,” he says.  He provides examples from his own poem.  Then he illustrates three types of rhyme, including internal rhyme and near-rhyme.  He also suggests things you’ll need, provides extra tips, warnings and additional resources, along with a photo illustration by Shaun Albert.
